حذف حساب Loopra

تقدر تحذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، أو تطلب الحذف عبر البريد. الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه بعد التأكيد.

من داخل التطبيق

  1. افتح لوبرا وسجّل الدخول.
  2. ادخل على «المزيد»، ثم «حذف الحساب».
  3. اقرأ ما الذي يُحذف وما الذي يبقى، ثم أكّد.
  4. يُحذف حسابك فورًا وتخرج من التطبيق.

إذا كنت مالك شركة، تظهر لك في الشاشة نفسها طريقتان: تسليم الشركة لعضو آخر (تبقى أنت مشرفًا ثم تحذف حسابك)، أو حذف الشركة بكل ما فيها مع حسابك. حذف الشركة يحذف مهامها وملفاتها ومستنداتها عند جميع الأعضاء ولا يمكن التراجع عنه.

عبر البريد

إذا ما تقدر تدخل التطبيق، راسلنا على founder@loopra.dev بعنوان «حذف حساب» واذكر رقم جوالك المسجّل. نتحقق منك برسالة على الجوال نفسه، ثم ننفّذ الحذف ونبلغك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

ما الذي يُحذف

حساب الدخول، ملفك الشخصي، رقم جوالك، بريدك، عضوياتك في الشركات، إشعاراتك، وأي بيانات مرتبطة بجهازك.

ما الذي يبقى

رسائل وملفات العمل المشتركة تبقى كسجل للشركة، لكن يظهر صاحبها كعضو محذوف بدون اسم أو رقم أو بريد. بيانات الشركة يديرها مالكها. يبقى هذا السجل ما دامت الشركة قائمة، ويُحذف معها إذا حذفها مالكها، أو بعد 180 يوماً من توقف اشتراكها.

ملفات الشركة المحذوفة تصير غير قابلة للوصول فوراً، وتُزال من التخزين في عملية تنظيف دورية خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.

Delete your Loopra account

You can delete your account yourself from inside the app at any time, or request deletion by email. Deletion is permanent once confirmed.

From inside the app

  1. Open Loopra and sign in.
  2. Go to “More”, then “Delete account”.
  3. Read what is removed and what is kept, then confirm.
  4. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

If you own a company, the same screen offers two exits: hand the company to another member (you stay as an admin, then delete your account), or delete the company and everything in it together with your account. Deleting a company removes its tasks, files and documents for every member and cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email founder@loopra.dev with the subject “Delete account” and include your registered phone number. We verify you with a message to that number, then complete the deletion and confirm within 30 days at most.

What is deleted

Your login, profile, phone number, email, company memberships, notifications, and any data tied to your device.

What is kept

Shared work messages and files remain as a company record, but their author is shown as a deleted member with no name, number or email. Company data is controlled by the company owner. This record stays as long as the company exists; it is deleted with the company if the owner deletes it, or 180 days after the company’s subscription stops.

Files of a deleted company become inaccessible immediately and are removed from storage by a scheduled clean-up within 30 days at most.
